Hormone Vitamins
I have bought these to see if they help my perimenopausal skin and hair. I have probably not been taking them long enough to say if they are making any difference. However, they are easy to take and taste like orange - not like vitamins at all which is a bonus.

Really helped to balance me but a month was definitely enough for me as not I am back to normal. They are really tasty too. I would advise doing a hormone imbalance test before you start these to make sure you need them.
