Collagen gummies is super find for me, as I don't like to eat pills or drink collagen powders because the flavor of those powders usually it's horrible. Gummies are so delicious, however the bottle and very quickly as one gummy is only 500 milligrams of collagen and you need to eat at least four gummies per day.

Vitamin A dose
I was looking for collagen gummy format because I can't push myself to eat tablets. The taste is really delicious and easy to take. The dose of collagen is quite low only 500 milligrams while recommended daily dose should be 5 grams. I took two gummies per day instead of one gummy as it stated on the pack. I haven't noticed anything on my hair or on my skin however my nails become strong as never before I assume that it may happen due to very high dose of vitamin A in ingredients. if you are already taking some multivitamins with vitamin A please be careful to avoid overdose.
