Glucosamine Sulphate is a sulphur containing shellfish extract which has been shown to aid the structure of cartilage and can help keep your joints strong, and pain free.

Your cartilage acts like a shock absorber between two different bones. With age, this cartilage can breakdown and tear which may result in painful and aching joints. Glucosamine has been extensively researched showing that it is an important building block required to manufacture specialized molecules called glycosaminoglycans, found in your cartilage. These molecules can help your body fight the degradation of cartilage and also aid with osteoporosis.

Those who regularly participate in sport or exercise may notice the accelerated progression of joint pain due to the increased stress they put on their joints. Glucosamine sulphate has been shown to be a safe and effective supplement to slow down injury and sometimes improve the health of the joints.

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 1g, shake and consume. Use twice daily.
