I bought two of these by accident and they will have to go in to the bin! i have bleach blonde hair and thought this would be great but Its the worst mask/conditioner i have ever used. It dosnt do anything, my hair actually feels more tangled and knotted and dry after using it. i have given it a good few goes now hopeing it would be differenr every time but my hair feels worse than it did before. DO NOT BUY

I suspect the positive reviews of this product have been placed by the marketing team because it is the worst conditioner I have ever used! I have normal, highlighted, shoulder length hair. I used the treatment as recommended on the label and it actually made my hair more dry than before. I had to add a different conditioner to be able to combe through it. This product is clearly missing a key ingredient. It doesn't work at all.

One of the few conditioners that work for me
I' ve no idea why but my low porosity, fine hair really loves this product. I only leave it for 5 minutes and it does wonders. No shower cap, no heat. Love it!

Sent out of date product
Have used this mask for years and it’s brilliant- however LookFantastic sent me a congealed out of date product and have asked me to wait for an ‘investigation’ rather than reimburse me and send me the product in it’s proper state (again, it’s a very good hair mask). I sent all necessary details and photographic evidence and it’s pretty annoying that LookFantastic won’t make up for sending me a product in such an awful state. This also isn’t the first time that this has happened.
