Its a cheaper alternative for those who cannot afford to drop a mortgage payment on a face mask, but its great. Its easy to work and has clear instructions. I have been using this for a little over a year. I am in my sixties and people always comment on my skin how smooth and young looking it is. I love how simple it is to use the mask when doing things or watching TV. The mask itself is soft and moulds comfortably to the face. You can choose which light to use, the instruction book explains in detail. There is a pre-set programme which goes through each light so that you get a little of everything. My skin is the proof that this really works. If only this had been around when I was young
