- Apply to wet hair and massage into a lather

My hair suffers a lot from dyeing and regular crimping, so it really is worth it- makes my hair so soft and shiny and it's in great condition now. Have been using this shampoo for years and would be very reluctant to change! It's good economy to get it in this larger size too.
