The facial device emits ionic, nano-sized steam particles that work to open up pores and draw out impurities from the skin. It helps to remove dead skin cells, traces of makeup and pore-clogging impurities, prepping your skin for serums and moisturisers. Encouraging clean and radiant-looking skin, the steamer features an array of cleansing options, ranging from 5 to 10 minutes.

- When to Use: Use for a maximum of two to three times a week, for 10 minutes per session.
- Instructions: Cleanse face thoroughly before or during your steam. Ensure the steamer is positioned on a flat and stable surface. Fill the water reservoir at the back with distilled or filtered water only and press the power button on the front to switch on. Position face in front of the nozzle at a distance of approx. 20cm. The steam will begin to emit in seconds. Relax for the five-minute treatment time, after which the steamer will automatically switch off. For a deeper steam, press the power button again for an additional five-minute boost.
- Routine: Follow with your regular moisturiser or serum to prolong the hydrating benefits of the steam or cleanse skin again to decongest.
- Warning: Steamer must be placed on a flat surface for the duration of use to prevent flooding or leaking. Fill the water reservoir with filtered water only.

I was looking for one of these as recently broke out with spots caused by blocked pores, it’s relaxing and comfortable steamer and it has done wonders on my skin. It says approx 3 times a week to use and that’s what I’ve been doing as I have combination/oily skin definitely recommend for those skin types.

Years ago I owned an old fashioned steamer, which produced scalding steam and was rather large and awkward to use. How times change! This Sarah Chapman steamer is small, lightweight to carry (and easy to store) and produces clouds of gentle, warm vapour. The 10 minute treatment is very relaxing - the water reservoir holds sufficient water for this treatment. Do ensure you have some distilled water to hand for when you wish to use the device - tap water is not recommended.

I was toing and froing for a VERY longer time whether to buy this steamer or not as I could justify spending so much when I could simply boiler a kettle and steam my face over a bowl! I actually emailed the Sarah Chapman company to ask about it more and of course I was convinced to buy it. Anyways, after a few weeks of using it (at least three times a week at ten minutes per steam) I’m not sure I could live without it! It has made such a significant difference to my skins appearance I have had many people say ‘are you using new skin products?’ or ‘is that new make-up your wearing?’ - totally gobsmacked! I have quite oily skin too so this little steamer helps to remove surface oil without stripping and drying out my skin like a bowl of boiling water usually would. Need more time
So after quite sometime researching this product there not many reviews around. I turned 40 in August last year and really wanted to start inviting into how I could enhance my skincare. I work in luxury fashion and have access to a lot of brands where I work. I have been using this three times a week for 10 mins. I’m not sure if the product is working. I do feel like my face is a bit dry once using it. I know I will not get results overnight, I have had the product for about a month. I have been using Evian water in the product. And then following with my other skin care products I know my skin is getting better but I’m not sure what’s it’s down to, could be the skin care I’m using or the steamer itself. Only thing this putting me off is the dry my skin feels after using it

Worth the investment
I was suffering from "mask-ne" and general stress-induced breakouts and this has been a very worthwhile investment. My skin purged after the first use (expected), but has since calmed down and is now noticeably brighter, clearer, and feels softer. I use bottled (distilled) water in the machine and follow the treatment with a hydrating serum/oil or a facemask.
