What a treat!
I am really enjoying using this mist as part of my night time routine. Since having a baby, it has been quite difficult getting back to the deep sleep phase and find myself really struggling to fall into sleep. This mist is very subtle and light, not overpowering at all. It has a beautiful scents that really has triggered my relaxing part of the brain and i have woken up feeling really rested whenever i use it. I lightly spritz onto my face, it absorbs nicely without leaving any residue and before i know it, i am out for the count! Excited to continue using it as part of my routine.

Magic potion
I was sceptical of the idea a spray could help you fall asleep, but wow. This really really really made a massive difference. Suffering from insomnia for 3 years this has been a godsend that I would not be without. The fragrance is gorgeous and not to heavy to irritate. This is a real self-care product and at such a reasonable price you will not regret giving this a go. Thankyou so much sanctuary

Lovely mist to help you relax and sleep well
Lovely fragrance of jasmine, violet and sandalwood so calming and refreshing. What I also like about it is its vegan with natural ingredients and once I spritz this on It helps you destress. It does not take a while for me to get to sleep with it, and what I also notice is waking up having the quality sleep and feeling relaxed.

Relaxing Mist Spray, helping to fall asleep
I have been using this, not expecting much of it but I was pleasantly surprised at how effective it is at sending me to sleep. I mainly spray it on my face and the scent is really calming and relaxing and allows me to settle into slow breathing and falling asleep quicker than I usually do. Great find!

Beautifully scented sleep mist
I liked it very much. The smell is unique and divine, but not overpowering. When spraying, it gives off a gentle frankincense scent however it quickly vanished. I was hoping it to be much more longer lasting. However, I slept much better since using it.

Such a relaxing and comforting scent. I sprayed this on my pillow every night (even occasionally spraying a spritz on my face which you can do!) and it put me in the perfect frame of mind to just relax. I feel like it did help me to go to sleep quicker and into a deeper state too due to feeling so relaxed and comforted! The addition of hyaluronic acid is an amazing benefit and ensured my skin felt silky soft and hydrated upon waking. This is going to be a key product in my bedside cabinet from now on!

Smells lovely!
It really does smell lovely. Does it help me sleep, I honestly am uncertain, however, it doesn't do me any harm, so why not? I did have a tiny reaction to it when I sprayed it on my pillow and my face was on it, but now just spray the (fabric) headboard and duvet cover, which my face doesn't touch. It smells like a gentle talc, and is a relaxing fragrance, so why not give it a go!

It works
So i gave this a try, expecting no joy but it really helped me fall asleep quickly, if i wake up i quickly spray again, enjoy the lovely scent and drift back off to sleep, just what i wanted

Great packaging and product appearance, it’s a good size and after using for a few weeks, there is still plenty left. This was ordered for our 15 year old who struggles to get to sleep- she ‘hates’ lavender, but actually liked the smell of this. Since using this- she has actually slept a bit better- can’t be sure if it’s the spray, or some psychological benefit- but either way we will continue to use this!
