I’ve been using this for a little over a year now and I really like it. I got the whole waxing kit and I’ve only used the hard wax which works really well. It gets all the hairs off and doesn’t irritate my skin. The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is because I think the hard wax might have some fragrance in it, which is totally unnecessary, other than that it’s a really good product
