Finish your makeup with the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, a mattifying setting powder that locks makeup in place while minimising shine.
Using natural minerals to control shine for up to six hours, the oil-absorbing finishing powder has a smooth, non-powdery texture that blends seamlessly onto skin to set base makeup (without affecting colour) and minimise the appearance of pores. Promoting a flawless, shine-free complexion, it applies without cakiness and is virtually undetectable for a natural, true matte finish.

Apply a light dusting with a brush and blend onto skin to set your foundation and create a true matte look. Then use it as a shine cover-up as you need it throughout the day with a powder puff.

I bought this because I wanted a cheap liquid lipstick and thought the colour looked nice on the website. I’m really not a fan of the colour. It looks quite silly on my pale skin, but I think it would work for someone with a darker skin tone who likes purple tones and wants something inexpensive. My lips are quite dry, but I still found that this wasn’t moisturising at all and showed all of the cracks on my lips. It dries out your lips after a while. I don’t think I’d try this lipstick again even if it was in a colour that I liked. Overall, okay for the price but it doesn’t look good on pale skin.

Good for the price.
It does an okay job of setting your makeup and making your face look matte, especially for the price. I find it adds a tiny bit of extra coverage to your face. I don’t like how it feels as though I have to constantly dip into it with my brush to get enough product for my face. This caused a lot of fall out. I can’t really complain because of how little it cost, but I find the packaging really flimsy and low quality. My lid (which isn’t attached to the actual powder) fell off and cracked within a few weeks. This happened to most of my friends who have it as well. I’m pretty pale and the colour works for me but I’m not sure how it would look on someone with darker skin. Overall, it definitely does a good enough job for the price and especially for anyone just starting out with makeup.

I’ve been using this powder for 4-5 years now. And it’s my all time favorite. It stays all day and it doesn’t look heavy on the skin, so it’s really good. And also the price is very comfortable. I highly recommend this product! Especially the transparent one I think it’s the best and looks really natural on your face.

I love this product, always keeps my makeup looking matte and fresh without being too heavy or appearing too cakey. It’s also excellent value and lasts me ages. The only downside to it is the packaging - I always find the lid breaks and so I can’t take it out with me without the powder going all over my bag!! Other than that I love it, a staple in my bag always!
