Great primer
I have hooded eyes and have always struggled to find something to stop creasing. This works great, nice sticky consistency and when it dries eye shadow doesn’t budge.

Makes a huge difference
Ideal for oily eyelids. I had no creasing for 10+ hours first time in my life! The amount comes out on the wand is for one eyelid. Light cream coloured tacky gel-like liquid. Not opaque but covers some light discolouration and veins. When your crease starts to stick as you blink it is ready for eyeshadow. For me is just seconds. Works with glitter, lustre powder shadows, liquid illuminator applied generously with fingers. Cream stick eyeshadows best patted out with fingertip and setting powder on top. Matt eyeshadow applied with flat shading brush no blending just stippling motion is best. Stays on forever. I can not believe!

Doesn't last through full day but good for price
I use in the morning before work, apply a cream eye shadow on the eye then a little powder eye shadow in the outer corners. I then cover with a translucent power (recommended from experts when using cream shadows). My color does stay, mostly. By work day end the hood part of my eye has the cream color clumped and wipes off. I have used other eye primers of which this did not happen. That said, for this great price, you can't expect a miracle, and in fact, I am impressed. Just be ready to reapply some color after 8 hours.

Its so sticky. So I need to wait until it dries completely to put shadow on. But it keeps the shadows for a long time and it doesn’t run into creases. So yay for that!
