This is a great tool. I have used it numerous times now and it gives a nice bouncy blow dry effect. My only criticism is that the fittings can get quite hot and the tool will cut out for a few moments to cool. But other than that for the price I'd recommend

Oreder received late February, the hair dryer remained unused for approx 3 weeks, the first time i used it was mid March ..... it cut out, and continued to cut out more or less each time i used it. I went away for 2 weeks in April, I have just tried to used it again and once again it continues to cut out, and is now melting the brush spines. Awful product.

I didnt expect it to be aaamazing for the price but i expected the brush heads to atleast grip my hair. Half way into brushing it through and no hair is on the barrell, the plastic bristles just dont grip anything its so frustrating!
