Lovely cleansing balm
I really enjoyed using this cleansing balm It is quite thick and does have a fragrance but did not cause my sensitive skin to react. It did a really good job at taking my make-up off and did not leave a greasy film.

Avoid
I cannot understand how this product passed the design phase. It is so hard to squeeze any product out of the tube even when it’s full! I’ve had to cut my tube in half to access the inside which isn’t ideal for a skincare product. Would not buy again.

Not quite right
The packaging for this product is very strange. Very hard to get the product out of tube. Also I feel the product sometimes causes me eye irritation when I use it which dosent last once rinsed off but can sting slightly when rubbed over eyes. It’s an ok product but I won’t repurchase.

Great product, awful packaging
The product itself is really nice. It does what it supposed it to and gently cleanses. It has some lovely ingredients and smells fresh. 10 out of 10 for the actual cleanser. The packaging is god awful however. I have to use all my strength to squeeze the product out! If this came in a tub, I would have given it 5 stars

Skin feels so clean and soft
I have only been using this for two days and I already feel like it is getting my skin so clean. I’ve been using a linen cloth soaked in warm water to wipe it off and it really works. It has taken off all my makeup with no problems including my mascara with zero eye irritation.
