Redken Scalp Relief Dandruff Control Shampoo has a unique dry/wet formula that contains pyrithione zinc to efficiently help eliminate dandruff. The initial dry application targets dandruff, once water is applied, the scalp is clarified and cleansed to wash away dandruff.
Formulated with the powerful Hydro-Zone System that utilises lavender extract and glycerin to help soothe, calm and clarify your scalp, Redken Dandruff Control Shampoo purifies, moisturises and hydrates your dry scalp while soothing and calming.
Directions of use:
- Apply to your dry or wet hair.
- Massage into your scalp.
- Leave on for 5 minutes.
- Wet your hair and lather.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- For best results use at least twice a week.

This is a very good shampoo for those with a dry scalp or dandruff. It leaves hair really clean and it also has a nice smell!

Disappointed
I didn't notice any improvement with my scalp, which is not different from other anti-dandruff stuff I tried. What I disliked most was the hair ends felt very dry and coarse, never happened to me before.

I was on a cruise holiday, and while on board i visited the hair salon. I had a shampoo and set to my hair and the salon used Redken shampoo for Scalp Relief and body full light conditioner, I havent looked back as regards itchy scalp and a better lustre on my hair. So I will continue to use these products in the future.

WORKED!
I had a very dry scalp with major flaking that just wouldn't go away with regular products. Hairdresser recommended redken and after just 2 washes I am very happy to say my head is squeaky clean and clear, thank god.

Simply the best
I have tried EVERYTHING to cope with an itching and sore scalp. Medical products, natural products and so on....A friend guided me to Redkens product and though I was mistrustful, I gave it a chance. I had no other solution to this annoying scalp situation. Now I have NO problems with dandruffs and snow white flakes on my blouse, and the itching is history. I use it twice a week, and its simply the best!

Didn't work
I am sorry to conclude, the shampoo didn't work for me. I have a severe form of dandruff, complicated with dermatitis. the shampoo removes the visible dandruff, but up to the end of the day the flakes appear again. For those, who have serious problems I would not recommend it, it might work only for light form of dandruff with OILY SCALP, as it irritates the sensitive scalp.

Brought this for my 10 year old recommended by our hairdresser after warning me off head & should etc due to all the chemicals. He has a flaky/dandruff and cradle cap. I used it once and his head is pretty much clear. I now use once a week to maintain so it should last me ages. Well worth the money and speedy delivery from lookfantastic.
