Does what is says on the tin
This is a great primer, protects my hair from heat and does dry hair faster for a frizz free and soft finish. Some other reviews have said that the smell puts them off, but to be honest I didn't think it really had a smell to it? Most definitely not an unpleasant one. I will definitely be purchasing this again. Another great redken product.

Really good product, holds my blow dry well over a couple of days, even after a good nights sleep! I noted before I brought this some reviews mentions it smells funny - it does have an unusual smell when you first spray but I can't smell it on my hair afterwards and definaltey wouldn't stop me using/recommending. Will be buying again!

Fabulous - but stinks!
I have previously used GHD Straight & Smooth spray which is supposed to do all the same things as this Pillow proof blow dry primer, so thought I'd give this a go. This works just as good as GHD product but leaves my hair so much more smoother than GHD. So it speeds the time for blow drying, protects the hair from heat damage, but also it leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because of the smell - it absolutely stinks - it's awful. However, I have put a finishing cream on after blow drying which masks the smell. I will keep using it and will buy it again despite the smell, as the effectiveness and results of using the product outweighs the smell.

fab product
ordered pillow proof after seeing it feature on tv , have found it really helps to control my frizzy hair during blow drying and my hair is in so much better condition after using it for a week , highly recommend it

This product is okay in terms of cutting drying time but it has a funny smell so I probably wouldn't buy it again.
