I've been using this as a substitute for conditioner (as I'm washing with baby shampoo post surgery!) and it's been fantastic for getting tangles out of my hair and restoring it to condition after bandaging and chin supports left it in a state! Used alongside Paul Mitchell detangler my friend was able to get the knots out of my hair, so would recommend this for general use and detangling.
