After reading lots of positive reviews and following a hairdressers recommendation I decided to purchase the whole extreme set with the anti snap treatment too. I have found that it has completely dried my hair out and weighed it down. The only plus side is that the bottles do last a long time and the smell is lovely.

I decided to try this for a change, thought it was a good well known brand however it was far too heavy for my hair . It left it lank and felt greasy quickly so i had to re wash with Olaplex (Which is excellent by the way) so will be keeping to what i know from now on

I waited until i was finished with the set to write the review. I really made my hair stronger and healthier. They stopped falling as much as they used to. hair growth happened bit fast. Although it didn't make my hair soft my hair reacted bit differently not dry but different texture and my curls came back. Also i avoided completely hair styling using heat maybe reduced it to once in 2 weeks?. i did take biotin/collagen which i was already taking before starting this and i used hair serum religiously and rose water mist while brushing dry hair.
