Directions of use:
- After cleansing your hair with Redken Extreme Shampoo.
- Apply Redken Extreme Conditioner from the roots to the tips of your hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.

Nourishing
I like this conditioner. I have mid length hair and only use it on the ends which tend to be dry and frizzy. For me the main objective of a conditioner is to detangke my hair so I don't damage it when combing and this does the trick.

I cannot express how many wonderful things this shampoo and conditioner has done for me. I've been bleaching my hair for a good number of years now, and id say that naturally my hair was very fine and not at all strong. When I started bleaching my hair, it would snap constantly and had the texture of straw. Since using this shampoo and conditioner my hair has been TRANSFORMED. It is now constantly soft, strong and my hairdresser even now tells me that my hair is thick!! Things my hair definitely weren't to begin with. This stuff is amazing!!!!!! and smells incredible too.
