Directions of use:
- After cleansing your hair with Redken Extreme Shampoo.
- Apply Redken Extreme Conditioner from the roots to the tips of your hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- When to Use: After shampooing with Extreme Length Shampoo.
- Application: Apply and distribute through hair. Rinse.
- Routine: Follow with Extreme Length Leave-In Treatment with Biotin.

I cannot express how many wonderful things this shampoo and conditioner has done for me. I've been bleaching my hair for a good number of years now, and id say that naturally my hair was very fine and not at all strong. When I started bleaching my hair, it would snap constantly and had the texture of straw. Since using this shampoo and conditioner my hair has been TRANSFORMED.
