Smells nice but...
Shampoo and conditioner are great on first use in that they smell lovely and made my hair shiny. However, I am now half way through the bottles and cannot say that they have stopped or slowed my colour fade at all. Also, I am now noticing that my hair is really greasy on day 2, which doesn’t normally happen to my hair. I have not found these any better than anything you can get from the supermarket and won’t be buying again. Disappointed!

Why have I not tried this before?
I have always been of the mindset of why spend on shampoo and conditioner when you are poring it down the drain. But boy was I wrong. After months of not finding a shampoo and conditioner that worked in the supermarket my hair was in such a bad way that I bit the bullet and went looking at some higher end products. I settled on redkin and especially this colour protect range. And I’m in love. The difference is unreal. And now after every wash my hair feels like it does after the hairdressers.

Great shampoo and conditioner
I really liked this shampoo when I had coloured hair, but I've had to move onto the blue one for damaged hair as I bleached my hair 4 times in 1 year and my hair dresser recommended that one. I did really like this one when I was using it for about a year. The scent is really nice, but not too overpowering. Left my hair really soft and didn't wash out too much of my colour which was nice. Highly recommend this product.

Have used the products 3 times and won't be using them again. Awful products as no matter how much or how little I used and how much I rinsed, each time I used them my hair has been left with a coating and makes the hair on the top of my head look greasy and stuck together. Not sure if they are just too heavy for my hair type but the bottle doesn't specify that it's only for specific hair types. Unfortunately it's put me off trying anything else by this brand.

Love all the Redken range. I tried this one recently, just for a change, and really like it. It has a very pleasant fragrance. One thing I would say is that the conditioner is quick thick in consistency. I have quite fine hair and would therefore not risk putting it anywhere near my roots as I think it would be quite difficult to get out or would give a greasy look.

Wanted to treat myself to a decent shampoo and conditioner after having my hair professionally coloured and was recommended this by my hairdresser.
