Very pigmented so needs to be left only for a couple of minutes. But works and leaves hair very soft.

Thought I’d try this after reading good reviews. Very pigmented and therefore effective purple shampoo that helps to cool the warmer tones in my lightened brunette hair. Doesn’t dry out my hair like some others have in the past. Great lather and my hair feels lovely and clean. Also smells good too

I used to always use the Bleach London Purple shampoo (still a great option!) but for the past year+ have spent the bit extra on the Redken one and will definitely say there is a difference.
