Love the feeling of this product, it does exactly what it is intended. It leaves my hair feeling very silky, shiny and damage protects, unlike other colour correcting shampoos I have used. Used with the conditioner, it leaves my hair a beautiful ash tone. Will be a definite re-purchase.

didn't work for me
Second time of trying these products (using the conditioner as well). Followed all instructions, left on as recommended and aside from making my hair more brittle and unable to get a comb through, i can't see any difference. My hair is fine and highlighted with troublesome brassiness (my hair tends to have a lot of red undertones in no matter what) so was hoping to combat that in-between salon visits. Very disappointed.

I read the other reviews before buying this but as a blonde with an occasional yellowy hue, I was keen to try this and see if it could take my colour back to the salon brightness. First, wash didn't show too much difference (my hair is not white blonde) but by the second and third it was excellent. I love my colour again and I would say I need to use it once a week to ensure that the whiter highlights don't go too white. absolutely recommend this and the conditioner.

Does the job
Finally a shampoo that does the trick! Worth every penny as you don't wan't to use it too frequently cause the pigment is too strong. This is also the reason why you need to be careful if you have a heavily bleached, almost white hair - it will turn purple if you leave it on for longer than you have to. (Tip: don't leave it on at all, just foam and rinse straight away)

Ok so I had to leave a review for this product. It’s simply amazing. Seriously, it literally tones your blonde hair after the first use. I bought the conditioner to match and both are lovely products to use. Lathers up beautifully and smells divine. I left the shampoo on for around 3 mins as my ends are slightly yellower than my roots due to previous colour build up. You won’t be disappointed so if in doubt don’t hesitate to buy. My hair looked white! Great if that’s what you’re going for, don’t leave it on for too long if you just want to cancel brass, but as with all purple shampoos leave on with caution! I’ve bought a few purple shampoos both high end and cheaper and this one surpassses them all. Excellent product be at a great price too!

Redken purple shampoo
This is brilliant- I have used all purple shampoos out there and this is in my top 3. Alongside L’Oréal and milkshake. It is very strong so don’t leave it on for long or your hair will have a blue tint- but head and shoulders gets rid of that! It’s Amazing! Not drying, my hair feels great. I use it once a week sometimes mixed with another shampoo, sometimes on its own!

Finally...
Finally, a product that absolutely lives up to all the positive reviews. I am obsessive about the shade of my blonde hair and will tolerate no warmth or brassy tones. I even do a weekly toner at home using salon products in order to keep that just highlighted tone. This shampoo and conditioner tone, condition and colour correct just as effectively as a toner/ peroxide mix. I can now go 6 weeks between appointments instead of my usual 4.
