It works
I have used it a couple of times a week for a few months now and it seems to work. My hair was not really going yellow, but this shampoo keeps it looking as good as grey hair can look. I find that I don't need to use the gloves recommended as it does not stain my fingers. I am careful how long I keep the shampoo on before washing out and I wash the shampoo off my fingers immediately. I don't want blue hair so am careful as to timing. Best done in the shower. Use a timer for accuracy.

I understand you need to give this product time to take effect but even after a few weeks my hair definitely looks better/brighter and no shampoo has ever left my hair feeling softer. Product is dark purple but doesn't stain your hands as the bottle's recommendation that you use gloves would suggest! Will certainly keep using this product and would recommend to others.
