Definitely made my hair soft. I suffer with a naturally oily scalp, so this shampoo wasn't really directed to my concerns but still a lovely shampoo I just need something for detoxing.

I like the shampoo as it helps tenangle and hydrate the hair. The conditioner works well for me, but the packaging ruins everything as it is impossible to take the product out of it. The conditioner is too thick to be sold in a bottle.
