Directions of use:
- Redken All Soft Heavy Cream is for regular use or as an intensive treatment.
- Apply to towel-dried hair after cleansing with Redken All Soft Shampoo.
- Massage or comb product through hair.
- Leave for 5 – 15 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Condition with Redken All Soft Conditioner.

The Redken All Soft Heavy Cream is ok but over priced in my opinion. However, it does a fairly good job, it leaves my roots a little greasy the next day, and if I dont rinse enough it leaves my hair rough and drier than before I used it. I do like all soft shampoo and conditioner and this was recommended by a hairdresser as my hair was crunchy to touch from using too much protein based salon products, so I switch between this joico kpak and Paul Mitchell strength. It is quite a heavy cream so I use it once a week on my hair and it is fine for me.
