Directions of use:

All itchy
This product has made my hair feel slightly softer however I have suffered from a sever itchy scalp since using it, after doing some research on the product a lot of others have had the same problem! For that reason I will not be re-purchasing this and will go back to Macadamia deep repair masque which in my opinion is amazing!

Didn't work much
I purchased this after reading the reviews thinking it will repair my extremely dry, split and limp fine to medium hair. I have used it more than 5-6 times and all I get is a feeling of fake and temporary softness after I rinse my hair but when it dries out, there is no suppleness, sheen, or natural bounce to it. I feel this would only work to those who have natural or thicker hair, I don't feel it moisturises hair at all.

I started using this conditioner over a year ago and I have never looked back. I've worked my way through pretty much every premium haircare range in existence and yet Redken All Soft Heavy Cream really stands out. I have frizzy, dry highlighted hair and this conditioner has transformed it. I always use expensive haircare and it did an ok job. On the day I washed my hair, it looked fine. Not amazing, but ok. The day after, it would look dull and dry. The day after that, I had flat roots and really dry looking hair. This Redken conditioner gives me soft, supple hair right up until it's time to wash it. I can see why it's called 'all soft' cream because it really is softening. With this conditioner, I can go an extra day without washing my hair and that in itself is helping the overall condition. If you're struggling with dry unwieldy hair, I think this will really help. Smells nice too. Vaguely coconut-y but pleasant.

can't live without
i've been a user of the all soft line for years: my hair gets a little to dry from stress and medication. I've used the conditioner but it doesn't do has good as the mascara, so I use it instead of it in every wash, after the shampoo and all over the hair and scalp, as appointed by my hairdresser. It's amazing how different the hair feels. And about a year and a half ago when I stopped using the shampoo because I have some kind of dry dandruff and dry scalp, I still use this after the specific treatment shampoo i'm using at the time. Cut the conditioner and go straight to this, it's much better! and doesn't leave the hair flat just silky.
