I keep persevering with this because of the price, but sadly I really don't like it. I used to use olaplex, I was hoping this would be just as good, but for me it's not. It makes my hair heavy and it needs washed quicker than when I use other products. It doesn't lather nicely and doesn't feel like my hair is clean. The bottles are annoying and hard to squeeze. The label rubs away when it is wet too. The one positive thing I have noticed is less breakage, I used to loose quite a lot of hair in the shower and I have noticed a decrease in this.

I've never been happier about shampoo/conditioner before. This has made wonders to my hair, it's not frizzy anymore, very soft, shiny and flexible. Hair looks very healthy, like I've just gotten back from the salon. We have very hard water where I live and my hair is bleached, which causes the frizz, so low pH of this shampoo counteracts that. Even just the conditioner, with a different shampoo, works very well too.

Had high hopes
I wanted to love this range, I bought the shampoo, conditioner and the leave in treatment and can honestly say it made absolutely no difference to my hair. Usually I use the full Olaplex range so know how well some products can work. For the price I expected greater things but unfortunately for me it was just an overpriced standard shampoo and conditioner. The leave in treatment made my hair feel sticky and greasy even using it as directed. Won’t be buying again I’m afraid.

I love Redken and have been using it on and off since I was a young girl. I love the all soft range and my dad used to send it to me on care packages when I was deployed. However, a bought this after doing a splendid job of drying out the ends of my hair with bleach and I hated it. The shampoo was heavy and it didn’t feel like it lathered well. The conditioner was ok but it wasn’t this amazing bond builder conditioner the restored my ends. The leave in treatment weighed my already heavy hair down and it left it feeling ‘coated’. And the smell was really off putting. Not something I enjoyed at all. I absolutely prefer the extreme lengths for my brittle dry hair (well I did I cut those pesky dry ends off).

This combo really works! I have natural blonde hair with some old highlights on the ends. My hair is fine and thin and feels so much thicker healthier and shiner now I’ve been using this shampoo. I was using some standard off the self shampoo and having to put oil in my hair and a whole bunch of other stuff everyday to stop it being dry and frizzy on the ends, but now with this my hair needs no other products. This left my hair looking like I hadn't washed it. I tried the shampoo and conditioner on their own and the result was the same as with the leave in treatment and I have thick hair so it wouldn't be suitable for fine hair. Yet another expensive mistake. Expensive for the size.
