Great in moderation
I loved this but used to frequently it was too heavy for my hair and left it feeling greasy. When used in rotation with the redken volume shampoo/conditioner it was perfect. It smells amazing!

This beats olaplex
As someone who used to use olaplex I cannot rave about this product enough. In my opinion this is far superior than olaplex. On my first wash I did my normal wash (shampoo twice and conditioner left in for 5 mins) and this left my dry damaged hair feeling softer than when washed with olaplex. Currently between hair colours and this did remove some of the colour build up on my ends which isn’t a problem for me but may be in the future. All in all this wins against olaplex for me.
