Plumps your lips and is a perfect base....it does have a little sting to the 'tingle' but I found it bareable. Doesn't leave lips matte but I still found it fine to put lipstick and gloss on top with no problem...

Thought I'd give this ago. I have thin lips and vertical lines on top lip due to smoking. My lip liner can never get a smooth outline. Well that's all changed! This stuff is amazing. It goes on quite grainy like a lip scrub. I rub it in around my mouth with my finger. You can feel it working, hot and tingly. Smooth outline and plumped lips. I've just ordered 2 more. Results last a couple of hours.

PLUMPER LIPS IN SECONDS
I have used many lip plumper's these past few months and Project Lip has stood out from the rest! Although it tingles a lot it is definitely worth it - perfect before applying lip gloss to give you the perfect pout.

I definitely noticed plumper lips, be aware it does tingle quite a lot but that just lets you know that it's working! Also a great primer for lipstick or gloss, I noticed my lipstick went on much smoother.

You can feel this working almost immediately, giving a tingly hot sensation on the lips. This product was really good however needs a few applications throughout the day to keep up lip volume Would buy again!
