Nice packaging, easy to apply and does leave lips nice and soft, but other than a very slight tingling sensation, does not plump lips at all. Not in the slightest!

What a great product. I have tried this for the first time and I have really enjoyed using it. The tingle is bearable and i love that i can wear it as a balm and also as a primer too. I have noticed my lips are defiantly plumper when I use it too. Highly recommend.
