The Piz Buin Allergy Sun Sensitive Skin Lotion Very High SPF50+ has been exclusively developed by dermatologists for skin prone to sensitivity from even minimal exposure to UV rays.
The advanced cream combines ultra-high level, broad spectrum protection with an exclusive anti-irritant shield complex Calmanelle® and plant-derived antioxidant Feverfew PFE™, which help strengthen skin resilience and improve cell tolerance to the sun, alleviating prickly heat sensations and blotchiness.
For over 70 years, Piz Buin have sought to help you achieve the perfect balance between sun protection and a tan, with advanced sun filter technologies shielding against UVB and UVA rays to help prevent sunburn. The lightweight, creamy formula rapidly absorbs, providing long lasting moisturisation to leave your skin feeling soft and comfortable while helping to prevent peeling.
Sweat and water resistant.
Apply generously and evenly before sun exposure. A reduced quantity lowers the protection level significantly. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or towelling. Avoid midday sun and staying too long in the sun, even while using sunscreens. Keep babies and children out of direct sunlight.

Long lasting sun protection
Great long lasting sun protection. It smells beautiful and a little goes a long way. I suffer from eczema so have to be careful what I’m using on my skin. I’m pleased to say I had no reactions with this sun cream, I’ve had several in the past with other brands. It’s in a nice looking bottle and provides a great level of sun protection suitable for every day use.

Perfect for sensitive skin
I really liked the scent of this lotion. The packaging is perfect and easy to carry for travels. I felt it was effective in protecting my skin and has a nice texture that worked well on my skin. It has a spf of factor 50 which i am really pleased with and its ingredients are perfect for sensitive skin.

Going on holiday soon so thought I’d try the new 50+. It has a lovely scent a texture very smooth on skin. I’ve not used it in the sun yet as snow here, but I’ve used there other products which are fab too. Easy to apply too.

Does not state length of protection or water resistancy
I received a bottle of this sunscreen free of charge from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. The sunscreen offers good protection. Although the bottle states “triple resistance” it does not indicate if it is water resistant or how long it offers protection for, so I re-applied after each time I went for a swim. The formula has a pleasant fragrance and leaves the skin soft, whilst being non-greasy. It doesn’t leave a visible white residue. I would recommend this product and it is definitely well priced, however with essential information missing in the bottle I had to keep re-applying, just in case, something to bear in mind when evaluating if good value for money.

Holiday scent
I like this product. Super thick formula which may not be a lot of people’s choice but makes it very moisturising once rubbed in doesn’t feel too tacky initially but then does absorb in to your skin. I love the scent of it, very fresh and creamy. It reminds me of holidays. Packaging screams Piz Buin, same for most of their products but makes them distinctive to others. I like that’s it’s alleged based helping people with sensitive skin if they have issues with other lotions. So can be used by anyone. Also high SPF so you know you’re protected as long as you keep reapplying.
