Highly concentrated, the invigorating toner will leave skin feeling hydrated, nourished and pampered.

Use AM and PM or as needed. Saturate a cotton pad with the tonic and sweep across face, neck, and décolletage after cleansing, avoiding eye area.

I bought this toner because of how much people rave about it, but was dissapointed. It hasn't given me the glow it promised, I find the smell too strong and the formula is a bit stingy. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend this.
