Directions for use:

Ive always had long thick blonde hair. I dont know if it was because ive been on a lot of medication or with being under a lot of stress. Or a combination of both. I saw a show on TV about philip kingsley products. And thought it's a lot of money. But thought I'd give his products a go.even though I was a bit sceptical about them I bought Philip Kingsley three-piece Trichotherapy Collection. This set features Tricho Pro Volumizing Protein Spray, Tricho 7 Volumizing Hair and Scalp Treatment and Tricho Complex Capsules. I also bought the itchy scalp shampoo and conditioner.and i use the elasterziser once a wee It's still early days. But my hair is not coming out as much. I can actually see regrowth all around the front of my head were I notice I was loosing it. So I'm going to continue taking the full course of tablets and use all the same philip kingsley products. I feel that is a must. Im feeling a bit more confident now. So fingers crossed. It's not a cheap treatment but my advice is give it a go

Notice the difference when i don't use it
I've been using this for a while now and depending on how you apply it, your hair can appear slightly greasy but I would recommend it because when I don't use it, my hair does feel weak. I've had gradual hair loss for a long time now (many years) but I do see new hairs growing. Whether they are a result of this, or it's supporting the new ones, I don't know. I also feel that this alone won't solve problems - a good diet, reducing stress, exercising, will all help in combination. I don't think that the tablets as part of the whole Tricho scheme suit me. But this is the product I have been reordering!
