IMPORTANT: Those allergic to aspirin (acetylsalicylate) should not use products containing salicylic acid (beta hydroxy acid).
- Apply once or twice daily after cleansing and toning.
- Lightly soak a cotton pad and apply over the entire face, including the eye area (avoid the lower lash line and eyelids).
- Do not rinse.
- For daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 25 or greater.
BHA Advice:
To reduce skin flaking or possible irritation, some first-time users should use the BHA once a day or once every other day (preferably at night) for the first few weeks. After prolonged use (4-6 weeks), you can apply the BHA more frequently, and eventually it can be used twice a day. For some people it may only be necessary to use the BHA once a day or once every other day. The frequency of use for this BHA product completely depends on how your skin reacts so you may have to experiment until you find what works best for you. If redness, dryness, or irritation occurs, adjust frequency of application.

If you're not a fan of scrubbing and exfoliating with texture this is great! Really smooths the skin and gives a fresh new texture. Makes you look younger and well rested. I highly recommend this. Careful not to use too much or it just sits on your skin making you feel greasy. Just enough to wet a cotton pad and sweep over your face. If you stick with this for a week or two the difference is incredible. You have a smooth fresh and glowing base. I will use this forever! I am giving it 4 stars only as I prefer the Clear Regular Strength Exfoliating Liquid having tried both. The difference is the delivery system, the Clear Regular strength having a lighter texture as well and it has prevented me from getting a single blemish since using it and it has cleared the ones I did have as well as fading the marks left from previous blemishes. Excellent Product for a Healthy Glow
Some background: I have normal/combination skin with minimal blackheads around my nose and T-zone and also some occasions of breakouts. I do not have sensitive skin and almost never get any adverse reaction to any products (disclaimer: I don't switch products that often as well). I started using this product since April for 5 months now. My skin condition is generally good, but this product has made it even better. My skin looks more glow-y than before and appearance of blemishes and blackheads seem to be less obvious. It has definitely made my skin "behave" better as I have only gotten 1 breakout since using this product vs. the usual 3 or so. If you have or used to have acne problem, I highly recommend this. I use this after cleansing for 1-2 times a day.
