New Formula
This eye cream is not as good as I remember! I last bought this before Pai changed the packaging from a slim pump bottle and the product was a nice creamy consistency. It’s now a much thinner consistency and more of a lotion than a proper cream. Thankfully it still smells the same, feels soothing, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes, but I’m annoyed that it’s so different.

Disappointing overall
This cream doesn’t absorb well and emulsifies as you spread it, leaving an annoying white cast. I could overlook that if it delivered any benefits, but since it still left the skin around my eyes feeling dry, I had to stop using it
