Disappointed
I was looking forward to use this gel,after I received then I used it,coz saw lots of reviews here thought it was good in facts made my skin and spots burnt and worsen than before. It's pricey too ,shame really, use free derm gel now much much more good also a lot cheaper.Don't be fooled by the reviews!!

Didn't really do much
It didn't really do much for me. It creates an almost patch over where it is applied, but other than that it didn't dry the spot or anything. I found it very hard to use sunscreen once this was on as it created a piling effect.

This is my second pot of this cream. If have a long term spot which is slowly shrinking and I can see a clear improvement. But it is slow. However nothing else has ever worked at all. So it’s worth a try!

I am now on my third bottle of this . Unfortunately the bottle is very small but I believe anything that works is worth the money. I use this on my two teenage boys and it has made a huge difference to their faces. I hope to continue using this for even when my third sons enters into his spotty years.

Great at drying out pimples
It’s really good at drying out pimples but it smells very strongly of alcohol but it also creates a light film over the pimple to protect it from pollution etc

It actually WORKS. I put some of this gel on a spot before i go to bed, and i will see a difference when i wake up the next day. Even for really stubborn spots, it will clear them within a week. Given that fact that this gel is very strong, where you put the gel the dead skin may fall off. The price is not too bad plus a little bottle last you for a long time! Will repurchase for sure!

Great - even for cystic acne
*warning - gross detail* I had low expectations for this but was pleasantly surprised. It works very well on spots that have been squeezed, stopping them from filling up again, and turning the skin from red to pink. This accelerates healing and because they don’t keep on coming back I expect this will reduce scarring in the longer term. On whiteheads, it can shrink them before they turn into something that needs squeezing. On blackheads, it actually shrinks the muck and after a few days it is all but vanished - it never turns into the spot (or hole, if I had removed it) it was destined to be. On an unbroken spot with a head, it reduces the quantity of pus and you just end up with a solid bit to remove. It is definitely killing the bacteria in there. But the most amazing thing was that it does in fact shrink the cystic acne too. I put it liberally on the area where I could feel the deep lump that normally doesn’t come to a head/takes days and days to come to a head, and over a couple of days it reduced in size and became a regular spot. This is not to say that it miraculously removed it, but again there is the feeling that it has reduced the pain and scarring by a good degree. It is not a miracle remover but it is the best thing I have tried. It was drying at first but my skin got used to it quickly and I don’t have flaky patches now. Even if it hadn’t, a flaky patch is better than a massive red lump. The price is obscene but I will be repurchasing for the results...
