- Recommended Amount: 1/2 a pump. Use more for longer, thicker hair. Use less for fine or short hair.
- Application: Apply to clean, damp hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Comb through or distribute with your fingers.

I use this for the ends of my wavy, dyed, shoulder length hair. Next day when I wash my hair again, my hair feels really soft. The only trouble I find is trying to squeeze the stuff out of the bottle as it’s so thick. I don’t think it’s worth the price either

I’ve steered clear of leave in conditioners and hair serums as my hair can get greasy after a day or so. I usually wash my hair every two days for this reason. I tried Olaplex No. 6 as others had recommended to me due to breakage at my crown. A little hazelnut size amount does my mid-length and ends, as my hair is quite fine. I comb through and leave to air-dry and have found good results, with smoother hair and less frizz. Every week I have also used Olaplex No. 3. as a hair strengthening treatment.
