I have oily and limp long hair. I struggled with frizz and keeping my hair styled. I use a pea size of this product straight after styling and it works wanders. You can use more product to make sure there is no frizz at all on a humid day, but the more you use the less fresh your hair will look like

Olaplex ruined my hair. I hate that everyone promotes this rubbish. I could go on about it all day but it would legit put me in a mood. Just laying down FACTS: 1. It was used as directed. 2. I do not have protein overload 3. I was consistent in my routine 4. Made my hair dry and break off 5. Made it extremely dry 6. My hairdresser advised that her clients were having the same issues. Since stopping these products (purchased a lot of the steps) my hair has taken 8 months to recover and start to look half decent.
