This product is an effective toning shampoo that I use to maintain my newly bleached blonde hair, as it really does help neutralise any brassy tones between hairdressing appointments. However, it has proven to be quite drying to my hair, so I can't use it as often as I'd like. Hence, the four star rating, not five.
