This is a must have for anyone who has damaged or over processed hair. I use this once a week along with the bond cream and oil and my hair has improved drastically. I have my hair bleached and use heat tools often so it really does go through the ringer, but using this has given my hair a lustrous shine and it actually feels amazingly soft it actually moves and sways, it isn't like straw anymore. Love this and will always use this.
