For a lifted brow look, apply vertically in an upward flicking motion so that hairs stand up straight. For a laminated look, first brush up hairs with The Brow Glue transparent brow setter, and then fill in with Lift & Snatch.

I really wanted a pen style brow liner. To begin with, this was very nice, but only after using 2-3 times this feels like it has run out. Would not recommend or buy again, I will stick with the pencil
