Good oil base retinol
I’ve been using this retinol face serum twice a week, and I’m really impressed with the results. It has significantly helped fade my melasma, which is a huge win for me. I didn’t experience any breakouts or side effects, which can be a concern with retinol products. The only downside is that the serum is oil-based, which I initially found a bit annoying. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my skin tolerated it well. Overall, I’m happy with this product and plan to repurchase it. It’s a great addition to my routine, and I’m excited to continue using retinol! #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great Retinol serum
I have been using retinol for a few years now and this is a lovely one to use. As I am a regular user of retinol I didn't have any reaction, redness or dryness whilst using it. This serum leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft and nourished. My one negative about this product is that nowhere on the packaging or bottle does it state what strength of retinol it is, which would have meant that I wouldn't have bought it prior to being sent it to review. Although this product is described as being a serum I think it is more like a facial oil. Don't be put off by this though, I have oily/combination skin and I didn't breakout and it immediately sinks in with no residue left. Overall it's a great, enjoyable retinol to use. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Like a light oil
I received a free product via home tester club - thanks! I have now been using the Neutrogena Retinol Boost+ Intense Night Serum for four weeks. The product itself is like a very light oil, with instructions to use 4-5 drops. Because it is such a small amount this does make it a bit tricky to ensure you have managed to get it on all areas of the face. But on the plus side it does absorb quickly. I didn’t experience any adverse retinol side effects but I have used other retinol products for quite some time so my skin was already used to retinol. I can’t say I’ve noticed any significant improvements to my skin but this could be that it’s too soon. Personally I don’t like that the product packaging doesn’t tell you what percentage of retinol it contains, retinol is a potent product and I think it’s important to understand how much is in the product before using / buying it. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great texture
Great applicator and not too harsh as other retinols I’ve used before so I was able to use it every night. I did like the texture but it was a tad too oily for me. Id buy this again but continue to use with my niacinamide toner at night. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Some improvement
This is a lightweight product with a nice consistency, also fragrance free and gentle on skin. Moisturises the skin and seems to be some sort of improvement. Also very nice packaging and is very sleek looking. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

A lovely smooth serum
My star rating for this item doesn't really reflect the product as for some reason it asks me to star it on 'scent' (it is unscented) and easy to clean which doesnt really make sense as there is nothing to clean!

Fantastic product
Initially I was scared to use the product, tried first time. It did not have any sideffects. So tried one more time, I felt comfortable. I used it regularly for couple of weeks. It is great product, after applying it for a week, my skin felt soft and smooth. On regular application the softness of skin increased. My forehead has very fine lines for ageing, I felt it's improving with the application of product on regular basis. It's simple to apply, and gets absorbed easily in skin.

Lightweight Retinol Serum
I have combination skin, so I do fear thick serums that could make my skin oily. This product was lightweight and absorbed quick into the skin, usually retinol products will dry my skin out the first few uses, but this hasn't! #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
