Developed with dermatologists, the Neutrogena Clear and Defend Facial Wash is a lightweight gel cleanser that protects from blemish-causing bacteria and breakouts.
Powered by 2% salicylic acid, the foaming formula gently buffs away dead skin cells and impurities to encourage a visibly smooth, supple complexion. Daily dirt and product debris is effortlessly removed, while skin is left feeling refreshed and renewed post-use.
Use twice a day. Wet face. Apply to hands, add water and massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly.

Great daily face wash
Very easy to use dispenser, good sized bottle- I’ve been using for 2 weeks and still have plenty left. It smells really good and works into a nice lather. The only downside for me was that it left my skin feeling a little dry and tight- nothing that a bit of moisturiser wouldn’t solve though. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Face wash
I imagine this would might be a great face wash for younger, teenage skin. However, as a borderline perimenopausal woman whose skin is beginning to mutiny, I feel I could do better. The wash does smell very bitter, and although it foams nicely and removes dirt well it left me with dry, tight cheeks and has not prevented additional spots nor made them dry and heal any more quickly. Not dreadful, but I wouldn't buy it myself. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Really liked this.
Immediately loved the scent of this, it's like a zesty orange fragrance. Having a pump is also a big bonus as it makes it so much easier to use. The face wash itself was actually pretty good, it left my face feeling really clean and after using it for a while my skin does feel really nice. It hasn't fried out my skin and has actually left it feeling smoother. Overall a pretty good budget friendly product. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Good product
The face wash is good. It leaves the facial skin clean. I liked the mild smell of face wash. Face looks and feels fresh. Regular use over 2 weeks feels that skin quality is becoming better. I have combination skin, it does not leave skin oily like most other face wash.

Clears skin!
I was really struggling with spots and congested skin. I was excited to try this face wash to see if it would help. I’m pleased to say that it has definitely improved my skin and I have a lot less spots. It leaves my skin feeling very fresh and clean.
