Encourage a clarified complexion with Neutrogena’s Clear and Defend Plus Daily Serum. Summoning a radiant glow, the non-comedogenic formula seeks to minimise the look of discolouration caused by blemishes.
The serum is enriched with salicylic acid, working to de-congest pores and absorb excess sebum. Gluconolactone lends refining benefits, helping to smooth the skin, while glycolic acid promotes a more even-toned finish. Complete with Mandelic acid for an added brightening effect, the serum helps to leave the skin feeling revitalised.
- Application: New users should apply product to small areas during the first 3 days. If no discomfort occurs, apply a thin layer once a day on clean face, then increase to twice a day if desired. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. Contains AHAs that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Superb daily serum
I love the consistency of the serum and is easy to apply with my moisturiser on too. After almost 2 weeks of using it, my acne marks are almost gone now plus my skin always feel smooth and did not add additional dryness to mg skin. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Easy to use
This serum has a nice light texture and was so easy to add in to my routine. A great mix of acids that exfoliated but didnt irritate my skin. My skin after first use looked glowing and fresh and as i continued to use it my skin is clearer with less breakouts. Effective but perhaps not for my skin
The product does work and left my skin looking a clearer and brighter after a couple weeks of use however it’s not transformative and has a very strange smell and feels sticky on application. It is possible that the product was not the most compatible with my skin and would work wonders on someone with more clogged pores and blackheads. I have tried a few similar products and this one is far better for people that cannot tolerate the stronger AHA serums like myself. All in all a good product perhaps just not for me personally. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Good product
Enjoyed trying this product, and felt a boost in the smoothness of my skin, and hopefully continues to offer good protection to my skin. Effective but strong
Product feels nice on the skin and there is no fragrance. For me it was too strong and in some areas I'd used too much and my face was puffy next day. Use sparingly and it works really well. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great product
This product is great I have used it daily from the start with no irritation to my skin. I feel it has helped the overall appearance of my skin with reducing acne scarring and I would definitely buy it again and carry on using. The only thing I would change is the type of container maybe to a pump as it’s quite a watery substance. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great product!
This is fantastic product, in two days my skin started clearing up, within a week, spots on my face for months have finally gone away. The bit that makes your skin smooth has completely changed my skin, its softer, smoother and looks less tired. Do use suncream. But finally a product that really works, for difficult, closed over, spots, that never come to a head, but just keep getting infected, month after month. Mixed review
I found this product to just be okay. It had a bit of a funny smell once applied but this did go away after a short while. I also found it to be quite a runny liquid so when applying it, I had to be quick to make it didn’t slide off my face. I definitely feel like it made a difference to my acne marks and they have reduced in size and also the colour has reduced. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
