Introducing the Neutrogena Clear and Defend+ Exfoliator, a texture-refining-formula packed with AHA's and panthenol to support visible skin cell renewal.
The potent liquid exfoliator helps to remove dead skin cells and excess oils to promote a clean and clear complexion. Formulated with an optimal pH to maximise the efficacy, it helps to reduce the appearance of textural irregularities to leave skin feeling soft and refined, adorned with a radiant glow.

- When to Use: Apply the AHA exfoliant weekly increasing up to daily (if needed)
- Application: Use a cotton pad over dry face and neck. Allow to fully absorb into the skin. Do not rinse.
- Important: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin sensitivity to the sun. Avoid sun exposure and protect your skin from sun.

didn't suit me well
My skin went slightly red with this product unfortunately and it did feel a little tingly/burning. I don't normally have sensitive skin but I still felt this wasn't suitable for my skin. I don't recommend. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Effective exfoliant liquid
I've been using the Neutrogena Clear & Defend+ Liquid Exfoliant once a week as a addition to my skincare routine to exfoliant , applying it with a cotton pad on my face. My primary goal was to lighten old acne marks, and I saw noticeable fading in just one week! It’s very gentle; I experienced no stinging or irritation, which is a relief as my skin can be sensitive to harsher exfoliants. The formula is mild enough that it didn’t trigger any redness or sensitivity, and I felt comfortable continuing to use it. Just a note: I’d recommend avoiding areas with open wounds (acne wound), as it might cause irritation.I think it’s an effective, gentle liquid exfoliant for tackling post-acne marks without harsh side effects. Dead skin remover
I used this on a cotton pad, first I tried wiping it across the skin but I found that this method didn't work for me, so I rubbed it in circular motions and found this the best method for removing the dead skin. The instructions on how to use it correctly are a little vague. I found that the product stung the skin in places, have seen some improvements to the skin looking smoother and less blemishes but not straight away #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

I've used this for a couple of weeks so far. Used once in the first week then twice in the second (it states to use once a week and then build up). It does sting a little when you put it on. I'm going to keep using it and see if it makes more of a difference once it's been used more long term, but so far I've not seen a big change. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Lifts dirt away and makes my skin feel cleaner, haven’t noticed a massive difference yet with unclogging pore but have been using every other day rather than everyday in order to get used to it, so that may be why #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
