Developed to protect from congestion, the Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner removes all traces of impurities while diminishing visible blackheads and blemishes.
Harnessing the exfoliating power of 0.5% salicylic acid, the formula gently buffs away dead skin cells and trapped dirt that may block pores, leaving the complexion noticeably clarified. Suitable for those prone to breakouts, the lightweight toner sweeps across the skin with a cooling, refreshing effect, perfectly prepping for subsequent skincare steps.
Recommended for daily usage. Apply on wet face and gently massage especially the blackhead prone areas. Rinse thoroughly.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly.

Great product to get rid of dirt and oil
"I received this product from Home Tester Club". I love this product. Works well in removing dirt and oil from pores. Skin feels really soft after use and smells pretty nice. Best cleaners i have ever used!

neutronega toner
at first I was a bit afraid to use the cleansing toner because its smell had a hint of alcohol and I was afraid that it would dry my skin. but nothing more wrong. my skin was not dry, it remained normally moisturized. in addition, I noticed that when using the toner, I did not have blackheads and the skin remained smooth and cleansed. The product is comfortable to use and spreads easily on the skin of the face and neck. In conclusion, I am satisfied with the product.

Good toner
Just received Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner for free from the Home Tester Club, thanks! Has a pleasant smell not too strong or astringent. It’s gentle on skin-doesn’t burn or sting. It’s not drying either. It left my skin feeling soft and toned ready for the next steps in my skincare routine. I tend to get blackheads around my mouth area including chin and sometimes forehead and cheeks too. This toner did stop any future blackheads from appearing. I love being a member of the Home Tester Club, #freesamples

Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Toner
I've tried this product, as was sent it to try from a friend. Compared to other Blackhead treatments, that have worsened my skin by causing irritation & inflammation, this toner is a miracle that works! It cleared the Blackheads, no irritation to my skin, but also left my skin in a better condition. This is a product that I highly recommend to anyone with sensitive skin!

Not your average toner
Got to try this for free as a hometester. And I'm pretty impressed as normally I'm not too fussed by toners as most appear to do nothing or at the other end of the scale they are harsh and dry your skin out. This is different! Its smells nice and feels gentle on your skin whilst leaving it clean and refreshed. It had the added bonus of mattifying my skin which is fab when your prone to oily skin. I really would repurchase and use this more regulary as I love the way it left my skin feeling and looking afterwards. It shifted the last remnants of heavy wear makeup by cleanser hadn't quite shifted too which is a mean feat as that stuff is hard to shift.

Great Cleanser
This is a great product. It has a refreshing fragrance and didn't leave my skin feeling dry like some toners. MY skin felt really clean after using this toner. Would recommend.
