Perfect Night's Sleep 1 Wick Candle 185g
A luxurious candle that imbues the atmosphere with a serene floral fragrance. Crafted with 100% natural fragrances, the travel-friendly candle boasts a burn time of 20 hours, its glass jar making a stylish addition to any abode.

Mist: Spritz your pillow spray. Lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Butter: Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the magnesium butter before sleep, all over your body.

Candle: Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm. As you inhale the candle fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
