After hearing so much about this pillow spray and seeing loads of people talking about it and saying how good it was. I thought I’d give it a go as I was having restless nights. I’d say I really noticed a difference in my sleep within the first few nights of using it. Iv been using this spray for the last few months now and ran out a few weeks ago. And I really notice the difference in my sleep not having a good nights sleep. So it clearly does something. Have just brought another bottle
