This mist is awesome I won’t purchase any other. Being unwell I have problems sleeping I use this in my sleep routine to help drift off. It isn’t always quick but when I feel tired I most my pillow & bear start my diffuser. I couldn’t live without this now. Definitely worth purchasing it’s gorgeous.

Pillow Sleep Spray
I always have problems with getting to sleep and then waking up following a clock change. I purchased this in advance and has worked great. It has helped relax and unwind my mind and body and have drifted off fairly quickly. It is now a spray I have beside my bed if I have a bad night. The lavender is not too weak it doesn't do anything though not over the top. Will purchase again as needed.
