Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist 30ml
A sleep mist infused with 14 essential oils, such as English lavender, chamomile and patchouli. Enhance your bedtime ritual with the scented spray, created to inspire a moment of relaxation before sleep.

Candle: To get the full Real Luxury Scented Candle experience, allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm. As you inhale the relaxing de-stress candle fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Hand Balm: To get the full Energising Hand Balm experience apply daily. Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin. We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.
